TalentZuri
Last updated: 16 September 2026
A recruitment advertising and introduction service based in Tallinn, Estonia. We publish work-from-home roles on behalf of employers and forward applications to them. We are not the employer and do not supervise or pay anyone who is hired.
Employers pay for advertising and introductions. People applying pay nothing, at any stage, and no deposit or training charge is ever part of the process.
Before a role goes up, we confirm we can reach the employer and that the listing reflects what they told us. We are not an auditor or regulator: we do not inspect workplaces, review an employer's finances or monitor work after someone is hired.
We do not promise a job offer, a particular income, a number of hours or how quickly anyone is paid. Those are agreed between you and the employer and should be in writing before you start.
Every listing comes from an employer we have dealt with directly. We do not copy roles from other sites or create listings to collect contact details.
No one at TalentZuri will ask you for money, a one-time code, a banking password or a transfer. A message asking for any of these is not from us, whatever name it uses.
Applications go to our HR team and then to the employer for the role you chose. They are not sold or used for marketing. The Privacy Policy names every service provider involved.
Our advertising should say the same thing as this site. If you notice a difference, tell us and we correct whichever is wrong.
Employers advertising with us must describe roles honestly, tell us when a role closes, give applicants written terms before work starts and pay their own workers. An employer that asks applicants for money is removed.
Email careers@talentzuri.com with what happened and a screenshot if you have one. Problems with a listing, an advertisement or someone misusing our name all go to that address. We reply in writing and keep reports confidential.
Every report is looked into. A listing found to be inaccurate comes down, and advertising for it stops while we speak to the employer. If a concern is urgent, put Urgent in the subject line.
We keep a log of each listing, when it went up, changed and came down, and any complaint about it together with what we did. That history lets us answer questions about past advertising and notice repeated problems.
Reports sent to our address are read by a member of the team, not filtered by software, so a real person decides what happens next.
We follow the advertising policies of the platforms we use and will give them this statement and any supporting information they ask for.
This statement is updated whenever our process changes, and the date at the top shows the current version.
