TalentZuri runs talentzuri.com, a recruitment advertising and introduction service for people in Estonia looking for work they can do from home. We are based in Tallinn, Estonia, and the best way to reach us is careers@talentzuri.com. The roles on the site belong to separate employers; TalentZuri is not the one hiring. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit, apply or write to us, what we use it for, who else receives it and how long we keep it. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonia's Personal Data Protection Act.
Applying has two parts. The application form collects the details it shows on screen, which are your name, a contact number, an email address, the role you are interested in and when you are available; the required ones are marked. You then send our HR team a WhatsApp message, and we receive whatever you write in it along with your WhatsApp number and profile name. If you email us, we receive your address and the email.
Every page load produces standard technical records: the IP address of your connection, your browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these to run the site and stop abusive traffic. They are not linked to applications.
Without the details marked as required, especially a way to contact you, we may not be able to reply to you or pass your application on. You never need to give more than the form asks.
We do not ask for passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, internet banking logins, tax file numbers or copies of identity documents. Please leave them out of the form and your messages. If any arrive, we delete them.
We use your information to read and answer your application, to work out which role you want, to introduce you to the employer offering that role, to keep you updated about next steps, to keep a record of applications and messages, to deal with complaints or misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent contact details, and applying does not put you on any marketing list. If a different employer looks like a better fit, we explain that introduction first and share nothing for it unless you agree.
Only the people at TalentZuri who process applications can see them. The employer for the role you select receives the details that role needs, and we tell you which employer it is, and what they will receive, before the introduction.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and forwards email sent to our address. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google. WhatsApp, a Meta service, carries the messages you send us. Their own privacy terms govern how they treat that data. If we add another provider, such as a form service or an advertising tag, it is named here before it is used.
We may disclose information where a law requires it, or where the law allows it and it is reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect someone's rights.
The form is step one and the WhatsApp message is step two; your application is complete once both are done. Our button opens WhatsApp with a message ready, but nothing is sent until you check the chat and press Send. The number shown in that chat is our HR team's. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@talentzuri.com and we will arrange another way to apply.
TalentZuri does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the pages will still work.
At the date shown above, this site runs no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics scripts. If that changes, this section will name the provider and explain what it receives and your choices before the tag goes live. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are never put into page addresses or measurement events.
Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp run infrastructure in several countries, including the United States, so your information may be processed overseas. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. Email us for more about the arrangements that apply to you.
Application records and related messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last real recruitment contact with you, then deleted. We delete them sooner if you ask, and keep them longer only when a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Hosting logs normally expire within 30 days.
The site is served over HTTPS and applications are only available to the people who handle them. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, we notify the people affected as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
Deleting our records does not delete copies that an employer or WhatsApp keeps independently. We tell you who to contact if that applies.
Email careers@talentzuri.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw your application or raise a privacy concern. We may ask a simple question to confirm it is you. We aim to respond within 30 days and explain in writing if something cannot be done. Withdrawing cannot undo an introduction that has already been made.
If your contact details or availability change, tell us and we update your record.
No automated system decides anything about you. A person reads every application, and the employer makes the hiring decision.
The site is for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect children's information and delete it if we find it.
If you think we have mishandled your information, email careers@talentzuri.com and describe what happened. We investigate and reply in writing. If that does not resolve it, reply and a different person reviews the complaint from the beginning.
We post changes here with a new date. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we give notice first where required.
"Personal information" means information about an identified person, or a person who can reasonably be identified, as the Privacy Act defines it. "Application record" means the details created when you apply. "Employer" means the business behind the role you chose, and "we" means TalentZuri.
We never buy contact lists, scrape social media profiles or add information about you from outside sources. Everything in your record came from you, through the form, WhatsApp or email.
