talentzuri.com is operated by TalentZuri, Tallinn, Estonia, contactable at careers@talentzuri.com. These terms cover the service offered through the site and the responsibilities of people who use it. Using the site means you accept them.
"Site" means talentzuri.com. "TalentZuri", "we" and "us" mean the operator. "You" means a visitor or applicant. "Employer" means the business offering an opportunity, and "listing" means its description on the site.
We advertise work-from-home opportunities and introduce interested applicants to the employers offering them. TalentZuri is not the employer. The employer decides who is hired and sets the contract, supervision, arrangements and pay. Applying does not create an employment relationship with us or guarantee an offer.
Read a listing as a whole, including its duties, how the work is done, the type of engagement, eligibility and conditions. Roles close and details change during recruitment; when we learn of a closure or material change, we update or remove the listing. If something looks wrong, email careers@talentzuri.com and name the listing.
Give accurate information and apply for yourself, unless someone has asked you to help and agrees. You must meet the role's eligibility and right-to-work requirements. Complete the form, then send our HR team the WhatsApp message; opening WhatsApp alone sends nothing. If WhatsApp is not an option, email us. The employer may ask for more information or an interview before making an offer.
TalentZuri does not charge applicants any application, placement, administration or training fee and never asks for a deposit. TalentZuri's income comes from the employers who advertise with it. We will never ask you to buy cryptocurrency, add money to an account, pay to unlock work or transfer money so wages can be released. Report any such request linked to our listings to careers@talentzuri.com.
Pay is set by the employer and applies only to the role and conditions described. Before accepting work, get written confirmation from the employer of its legal name, your duties and type of engagement, the rate or how pay is calculated, the expected hours or workload and when you will be paid. We do not guarantee work, a minimum workload or any income.
We are responsible for our own statements and advertising, and employers for the information they supply and their obligations as employers. If our advertising and the site differ on something that matters, we look into it and correct the wrong one. A general disclaimer does not override a specific statement or your legal rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how applications are handled. WhatsApp and employers have their own policies for information they hold.
Do not impersonate anyone, submit applications you know are false, use another person's details without permission, share harmful material or interfere with the site.
You may view and save content for your own job search. Republishing it or using it commercially needs the rights holder's permission. Photos are licensed stock and do not show real applicants or employers.
Buttons open WhatsApp and your email app. We do not control those services.
We cannot promise the site will always be available or that a role stays open while you apply, and we may change or pause the site without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under Estonian or European Union consumer protection law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to those rights, TalentZuri is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, is not affected.
The site may contain typing or technical errors, which we correct once we know about them.
If you breach these terms, for example by applying with someone else's details without consent, you are responsible for the loss that reasonably follows, except where we caused it.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at a hosting or messaging provider.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a term straight away does not waive it.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Statement form the whole agreement about your use of the site.
We contact you about an application through the WhatsApp number or email address you used. Notices to us go to careers@talentzuri.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
You do not need to create an account or password to apply, and TalentZuri will never ask you to. Anyone offering you a login to a TalentZuri portal is not acting for us.
We may decline to pass on an application, or remove a listing, if we reasonably believe the site is being misused or information given is false. Where that affects you, we will say so.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. If the site changes hands, we may transfer ours, and these terms continue to apply to the new operator.
If you send us suggestions about the site or our process, we may use them to improve the service without any obligation to you.
Any agreement to do work is made between you and the employer directly. TalentZuri is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for how either side carries it out.
Send questions or complaints to careers@talentzuri.com, naming the listing concerned. Updates are published here with a revised date and do not remove rights relating to earlier interactions.
